We recently had a romantic escape in Ioannina and stayed at a hotel in the heart of the city. the hotel is located near the main shopping street and has breathtaking views of the lake and mountains from the higher floors. the staff was very friendly and welcoming, helping us with our luggage. the room and bathroom were well decorated and clean, with comfortable bedding. the breakfast was great, with plenty of choices available.

The room we stayed in was in badly needed renovation. the shower cabin was too small and hot water temperature wasn't regular.
